We are very excited to have the opportunity to introduce to you, NAAAHR (National Association of African-Americans in Human Resources), a national nonprofit organization with more than 5,000 HR professionals in over 32 chapters throughout the United States. Since 1998 NAAAHR has been a trailblazer for African-American Human Resources professionals, and has retained its unique characteristics as one of the most diverse, multi-disciplinary HR Associations in America. This dynamic organization is here to support your goals for success. Our relationships with many dedicated corporate and strategic partners positions us to develop and support new career and business opportunities for professionals, students, and member corporations.
Our organizational purpose is to serve as an informational tool for emerging minority HR practitioners and professionals, by providing training resources and networking strategies designed to enhance their professional development. Additionally, open forums are held for members throughout the year on topics surrounding HR matters, and services that support members’ needs such as; a national job directory, a job listing database, newsletters, Human Resources journal for member publications, and a resource library.
